"First let me say, this is a fast and friendly shop that know how to cater to their customers. Randy was kind and curtious as I pulled in to his establishment with a warm and kind greeting. I was sold on that alone. Now I had been stranded in Bakersfield since Friday (on my way to Las Vegas) and my ratiator busted on hwy 58. This guy (Randy) waisted no time putting me back on the road to get home. His first words were "I'm a Harley rider as well". Talk about brotherhood! I want to deeply say "thank u Randy and to your crew over there @ Discount Ratiator for doing what was needed...helping me to get home at a good price. I reccomend them to everyone! Hurrayyy for good people (that also rides Harleys)."
